description
The second most popular sauce in Japan which is based on soy sauce.
Ponzu is traditionally used as a dipping sauce, stews, seafood, meat, noodles, sashimi, dumplings, and tempura dishes. Thanks to the slight sourness of citrus juice, it is suitable for marinating meat. Ponzu is also used to improve and complement the taste of any dish - it is added, for example, to soups or stews at the very end of cooking.
